Barnsley Fern builds exclusive lead pipelines for commercial insurance agencies. This page explains, in plain language, what data we handle — both on this website and in the outreach we run on behalf of our client agencies — and what your options are.

This website

This site is a static page. We keep it deliberately light:

  • No accounts, no forms, no advertising trackers. The site does not set marketing or analytics cookies.
  • Hosting. The site is served by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) to operate the service.
  • Fonts. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser requests font files from Google when the page loads.

Our outreach — where our data comes from

Our business is sending email to businesses on behalf of commercial insurance agencies. For that work:

  • We contact businesses, not consumers. Contact details (business name, role, work email) come from publicly available and commercially licensed business data sources.
  • Every email identifies the agency it is sent for and includes a working way to opt out.
  • Opt-outs are honored permanently. If you unsubscribe or reply asking us to stop, we suppress your address across all of our campaigns — not just the one that reached you.

If you replied to one of our emails

Outreach is sent in the name of the client agency. If you replied, your reply and contact details were delivered to that agency so they can follow up with you directly. If you want to know which agency that was, or want your information removed, email us and we'll tell you and act on it.

What we don't do

  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We do not share one client's leads with any other client — every lead is exclusive to the agency it was generated for.

Data requests and removal

To ask what we hold about you or your business, correct it, or have it deleted and permanently suppressed, email leads@thebarnsleyfern.com. We respond to every request.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
